Providing you with a range of Debt Management Solutions

Midland Debt Solutions was founded in June 2006 out of a desire to help those people and small businesses who have found themselves in the unfortunate position of falling into debt and then struggling in knowing how to deal with this very stressful situation. One of the worst experiences about being in debt is the pressure and stress of constantly being harassed by creditors and being threatened and bullied by them to pay up or face the consequences! Many of these are false threats used in order to try and get you to pay out monies which you can't afford to do because of the situation that you are in.

Imagine your Life without Debt!

Here at Midland Debt Solutions many of our fully trained staff have experienced the same situation (being in debt ourselves) and with help from Midland Debt Solutions have been lead through the process of becoming debt free and now have 'a life without debt'. The first thing we do is to take over the responsibility of dealing with your debts and creditors and getting you into an affordable financial debt solution such as a token repayment plan which will help stabilise your circumstances. We then work out with you the best way forward which could be a number of different debt solutions such as a Debt Management Program or even Bankruptcy. We will support you all the way through the process.

Your own Personal Debt Advisor

The Debt Consultant who will initially visit with you (this visit is FREE) and discuss your situation will support you on an ongoing basis when you become a client and will be available to answer any queries that arise. He or She is backed up by our 'Back Office' who will undertake the processing of your case with your creditors. We will support you all the way through the process and manage your debt situation even if your circumstances change! (i.e. you could be back in work, your business could now be doing better, your income may have improved, or things may have got worse.)
